So therefore, their "FREEDOM PAPERS" have to be with them AT ALL TIMES or they risk being thrown back into slavery. SO IN ORDER TO AVOID PROSECUTION. DO HISPANICS HAVE TO CARRY PROPER DOCUMENTS WITH THEM NOW AT ALL TIMES TO PROVE THAT THEY ARE LEGAL ALIENS?
